Blue Integrity Home Watch Services is a locally owned home watch company based in Sylvan Lake, Michigan. While you are away, we check your home on a regular schedule, inside and out, and email you a detailed report with photos right after every visit.

What every visit includes
Home watch is a visual inspection of your property, inside and out, looking for obvious issues before they become expensive ones: water leaks, heating and cooling failures, mold, insects and rodents, storm damage, and anything unsafe. Blue Integrity Home Watch Services checks every home as carefully as if it were our own, following the same 53 point checklist at every visit so nothing is overlooked.
Before any agreement, we meet with you at your home and go over every detail, nook, and cranny. Every visit then follows your instructions.
See the full 53 point checklist- Turn water on or off per your instructions, flush toilets, and run water in showers, sinks, and tubs
- Check for visible leaks in bathroom, kitchen, and utility room plumbing where accessible
- Check that the water heater is working and set properly, per your instructions
- Check that air conditioning and the humidistat, if installed, are cooling and set per your instructions
- Check for any visible damage to the property
- Check for insect infestations and signs of rodents
- Check that refrigerators, ice makers, and freezers are working
- Check for obvious signs of mold or mildew
- Verify that the security system, if installed, is set
- Check that curtains, blinds, and window coverings are positioned per your instructions
- Monitor vendor services such as pool and hot tub service or house cleaning, per your instructions
- Check that all doors and windows are secured and free from visible leaks
- Verify that sheds, garages, outdoor furniture, boats, and hoists are secured, per your instructions
- Check the inside of the garage and run your vehicles, per your instructions
- Take care of newspapers, mail, and packages, per your instructions
Meet the owner, Gary Voiles
Gary served 32 years with the Dearborn Heights Police Department, working his way up from Police Cadet to Deputy Police Chief before retiring in 2022. He also served five years with the Department of Justice as a federally deputized Task Force Officer.
Gary is the only person who goes into your home, and we accept a limited number of clients close to Sylvan Lake, so every house gets our full attention.
